Refund and Returns Policy

At SP Art & Craft Avenue, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the handmade and customized nature of our products, we maintain a strict no-return policy. Please review the details below:

  1. No Returns on Delivered Items

Since all our artwork, including custom nameplates and paintings, is handmade and personalized to meet your specific requirements, we do not accept returns once an item has been delivered. This policy ensures the quality and exclusivity of our creations.

  1. Exceptions: Damaged or Defective Items

While we do not accept returns, we understand that unforeseen issues may occur during transit. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To resolve the issue, we may offer

  1. A partial refund of up to Rs. 200 for damage to frames.
  2. A return of the wrong product delivered.

Steps to Report an Issue:

  2. Provide your order details and attach clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging. To claim refund, the customer must send the video of opening the package.
  1. Customization Confirmation

Before production begins for custom orders, we will contact you to confirm all customization details. Once approved, changes cannot be made, and cancellations are not permitted.
